Tree Tats

So this is a tree design I've been recreating for a few years. People like to call it the two sided tree, but some people see a tree with roots. Personally I like it as a double sided tree, and for a while I wanted to draw ripples around the middle so it's almost look like it was in water and there were things with leaves I was also considering. Right now though I'm thinking about where to put it. I've pretty much decided on the back of my neck, but I dunno.

Tom's Tattoo

This is going to be my first tattoo.
I'm getting this tattoo for the ten year anniversary of my grandfather's suicide on the day of his death, which also happens to be his birthday.

Garza Pride Mural Project

PRIDE:
A feeling of dignity, self-respect; satisfaction in your achievements, possessions, or people you care about. A good thing to have.

The Garza Pride Mural could go many different places. I feel as though it should go somewhere open so we can show our pride. This mural is not something that should be put on a tiny wall, hidden behind trees and buildings. We want our students and teachers, as well as people who pass by to be constantly aware of how amazing we are as a school and as individuals. We are accepting, loving, creative, intellectual individuals from all walks of life. People do not hide their pride, they wear it with honor. Why shouldn't our school?

Website

This project was a lot simpler than expected . It turned out just the way I wanted it to. It went really quickly. I wouldn't do anything differently. I'm very proud that i did it so fast.

Stylize This!

I give this project a 4. It was the longest unit I've ever had. I'm not happy with the way it turned out. I wish i had picked a simpler picture. I liked the creative freedom.

FOOB!! (Flying out of bounds)

I liked learning how to make the snow/water come out of the frame. I liked the way it turned out. It was a really quick unit. I am proud that I didn't have to ask for help. I give this project an 8.

PhotoSmoke

Total project rating is a 6. It didn't turn out the way i wanted it to. This project took way longer than it should have. If i was going to do it over I would not have picked a smoke boat. My friend Alex and I came up with the idea together for this image, and he was supposed to be in it but he was sick.

I'm Tired of Breaking Apart

Breaking Apart was definitely one of the more tedious assignments, but i would rate i at about a 7. It actually wasn't as long as i though it would be. It turned out just as I had planned. Creatively though, you're very limited.  My favorite part of this project was picture hunting.

Skin it to win it

I didn't expect this to take as long as it did but because of minor mistakes i was too stubborn to fix right away, it did take a little while. i would give it a 6/10 . I struggled with picking animals and a fur because of the positioning of most of the animals and the lack of pictures of certain animals (platypus). Looking back on this project i would have done a few things different

Mixing, Matching, and Morphing Creatures

Probably the longest part of this project was finding all the right positions for the arms. This project in was very fun and interesting, i would give it a 5k/10 . I liked that its a totally B.A. picture. It's too epic for words

Tattoo to you :D

I would like to start off by saying that this project in all aspects took much longer than I thought. But as far as the project in  general was very fun, i would give it a 7/10 . I liked that I had the chance to get creative and I feel like I took advantage of that chance when I designed my own tattoo (my favorite part), even though it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to.
